HELP Sports Carnival 2011 - Bowling

Happy Chinese New Year all!!

Recently HELP had their inter-college sports carnival and I, for the fun of it joined their bowling squad.
I'm not that good nor was I that bad either. In the end it was more like target practice than a competition cause the lane kept giving us trouble thus, the game was pretty off.

Anywho, here are some pics I took before the game begun.

HELP ADP Thanksgiving 2010

Okay I know this is a while back but since these days are just so jam packed with stuff. I shall update this now. XD

American Eagle, HELP ADP's math club organised a kinda of annual Thankgiving celebration.
Nothing big just some performances and food. yum yum~

HELP ADP Annual Ball 2010, Park Royal.

Recently, okay maybe not so recently, HELP ADP had their annual Ball.
Since I was in it and Proms and Balls are such rare occasions, I went for it. Plus I was one of the organizers...
Heck I pray the next thing I help to organize would have less drama behind the scenes.

Anywho, it was a small event. About 100 people but its was a pretty fun event. The company was great. Had some good music. Food was okay. Everyone looked fantastic.
Don't really know what else to say cause the pictures have been up for quite a bit now.
Had a good time. Sorta.

Pictures don't have watermark. *cries*. Laptop has been sent to repair. AGAIN.
Kinda the problem when I didn't buy the mainstream brands. Still BenQ after sales service is pretty good.
Still wish they had a 3 year warranty instead of 1.

Yep exams are this week and next week.
Been reading quite alot which means the lack of sleep i would get.

scientist really need to make a potion for knowledge absorption to be quicker..

ADP Mixer 2.0

Okay so last week ADP HELP had their mixer night again!

What is a mixer?
It is for all the old and new ADP students to get to know each other and meet new people.
It was filled with food, drinks, games and loads of fun~

Anyways here is a huge collage of half the pictures.
Mostly during the activities.

Chillax, Wisma E&C

Well since I haven't updated my blog
plus this is a food post. Which has been a while.

Chillax is actually around my college there. So usually it is filled with college students but during lunch hours,
some office people would be there.
There are different Specials everyday. I totally love the Chicken Burger and the Chicken Terriyaki. Damn good stuff.

Prices is around rm10 per dish.
My friends and me call their burger the fatty juicy burger.

Food  - Tasty and filling. The lime juice and lemon juice are real kickers. Strong stuff. Refreshing blast at times.

Price - It is moderate compared to some places. The Burger set is pretty good since the patty is fat. Rocks~


Service - This totally depends on what time you are there. During rush hour, you gotta wait and cause it is run by a family with a few helpers, they can be a little slow. 

Killing 4 birds with 1 stone.

After 2 years, my college gang is starting to break off.

Oh how time flies.

Yesterday, we celebrated Carmen's farewell at KLCC, Dhinesh's belated Bday, Seetho's Bday  and Carmen's coming Bday.

Seetho suggested a picnic at the park. All being easy going, we just said alright. 

Camera, tripod & sugar high people

Brought stuff and set up and ate.

Personally I think that if you can find a spot with a good shade and have managed to escape the sprinklers,

it is pretty alright.

Just don't walk around with the stuff afterwards which would break your shoulders.

Its a song with lyrics about Odin, his warriors, his hall of fame and his son Thor.
If you have never heard of them, then just wikipedia Odin.
We had to learn about him in class.

HELP ADP American Week

Honoring America's Independence Day

HELP's ADP Student Council are celebrating it with American Week!

Since it was prepared in such a short notice, with much help from the American Embassy,

We managed to whip out a display of the American culture at KPD Block E.

There are loads of fun filled posters and informative signs ranging from foods, movies and culture.

There will also be a 4th of July celebration this Sunday at HELP College main campus. 

With loads of activities planned!

HELP ADP - American Week Coming Soon

So, since 4th July would be Independence Day for the States,
ADP HELP are having American week.
Being tied down with work and presentations,
I'll blog about it later.
